CRYSTALLINE TRADE LTD has the right to change the prices at its own discretion, at any time without due notice to the Users. The user is required to pay the price that was stated on the website during the order, whether lower or higher than the current one. In case of technical mistakes in the publication of CrystallineAzuria.com, CRYSTALLINE TRADE LTD has the right to refuse the execution of the order and shall not owe any indemnity to the User except to reimburse the amounts paid and / or deposited by the consumer, if any.

Delivery

The delivery of the ordered goods is free of charge, according to the method chosen by the User and according to the specified terms. CRYSTALLINE TRADE LTD reserves the right to extend the above mentioned deadlines with up to 7 days without informing the User in advance and to extend the terms with more than 7 days with the prior approval of the User.

CRYSTALLINE TRADE LTD reserves the right to change the subcontractor delivering without warning the User in advance, as long as it does not change the price, the term and the way of delivery.

Free delivery for all orders is valid only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For overseas deliveries the terms and prices will be further agreed with the Consumers.

Transmission of goods

Goods are handed over to the User or to a third party at the delivery address who accepts and acknowledges receipt thereof on behalf of the User. Upon delivery of the goods, the User or the third party signs the accompanying documents. In the event that the User is not found within the delivery period at the address he / she has designated or is not granted access and conditions for the delivery of the Goods within this period, CrystallineAzuria.com shall be relieved of its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase. The user can confirm his willingness to receive the goods after the expiry of the delivery period in which he has not been found at the address, assuming all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation under the previous sentence.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to refuse to receive the goods ordered for purchase when:

 

- the goods delivered apparently do not correspond to those ordered by the User, and this can be determined through its regular review;

 

- when transporting the goods or their packaging has been damaged;

 

- the price that the consumer has to pay does not match the price due;

 

In the event of a discrepancy between the purchase order and the delivered goods that could not be established at the moment of delivery, the User may request that the goods supplied be replaced with a corresponding purchase request within 24 hours of receipt.

 

The consumer is entitled, without due compensation, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day following the receipt of the goods. In this case, the user must return the goods in original original packaging and with uninterrupted integrity. Transport costs are at the expense of the customer and are not refundable. Upon receipt of the returned product and its review, the value without the shipping costs is refunded to the customer - on an account in a 30 day statutory order.
